✨ Why Exhibit With Us? ✨

📅 Two-Day Shows: All-In Commitment

We do not offer one-day bookings for The Big Bomo Wedding Shows. These are large-scale events, and for health & safety reasons — as well as ensuring consistency for both exhibitors and attendees — all exhibitors must commit to the full weekend.

However, if you're only able to attend one day, we offer the option of a "dry stand" for either Saturday or Sunday, but we strongly recommend against this for your own benefit. Set-up still takes place on Friday, and all stands must be packed down on Sunday after the event ends.

For more flexibility, we offer one-day exhibitor options at our New Forest and Guildford Wedding Shows, starting from £150.

The cost to exhibit at our two-day shows depends on stand size and location:

Downstairs spaces: from £248.00
Upstairs spaces: from £306.00

This covers your space for the full weekend — NOT per day.

Thanks to our proven marketing strategies, our two-day shows attract an average of 500 -650+ engaged couples over the weekend.

Our one-day shows draw in 100-150 couples, creating a more intimate but still impactful experience.

🎯 Category Limits: Quality Over Quantity

We believe in collaboration, not competition. That’s why we cap categories at around 7-10% of total exhibitors. You won’t find 13 florists, 17 photographers, or pet food stands (because let’s face it — if someone’s shopping for dog food at a wedding show, we have a problem!).

We carefully manage both category limits and stand placements, ensuring you're not stuck right next to a direct competitor. It keeps the atmosphere positive and the focus on connections, not rivalry.

📜 Important Terms & Conditions

🔒 Insurance: All exhibitors must have their own public liability and professional indemnity insurance to participate. You’ll need to submit a copy before the event. We also recommend personal event insurance in case of unforeseen cancellations or postponements.

🍰 Food & Drink Samples: If you wish to distribute food or drink samples, you must have written permission from Spiral Events Ltd and provide all relevant licenses or certificates.

💳 Payment Plans:

Two-day shows: 33% non-refundable deposit upon booking, with two additional instalments — halfway between booking and the event, and the final balance due 2 months before the show.
One-day shows: 50% deposit upon booking, final balance due 14 days before the event.
